The Society of Women Writers’ WA (SWWWA)

will be running monthly writing sessions for all genders and ages.

Each session is separate. Come to one, a few, or all of them.

The September and October sessions will be tutored by Helen Iles, Managing Editor of Linellen Press. Helen is an author of adult novels, young adult novels, poetry books, instructional books and children's picture books, as well as being a publisher with over 25 years experience. Helen holds a Diploma in Freelance Writing, Certificates in Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing. She has been teaching Creative Writing for 20-plus years. Her passion is passing on her knowledge and seeing writers reach their goal of being published. 

Sessions will include information, exercises, and networking.

1.00 pm – 5.00 pm on one Saturday each month on the following dates:

12th September - Plotting, Editing and Publishing
24th October - Writing fiction genres & Cross Genres
 7th November, with Lyn Bodycoat

Venue: Large Conference Room, Citiplace Community Centre
Upper-Level Walkway, City Railway Station Complex, Wellington Street, Perth

Cost is $40 per session.
