We are a Perth-based writing organisation whose aims are: 

• To provide support and encouragement to emerging and established women writers in Western Australia.

• To promote writing in all its forms.

• To encourage writers to achieve their publication goals.

• To offer a range of writing opportunities to members of the Society and to the wider community.

A combination of monthly meetings and various programs, such as national and metropolitan creative writing workshops, writing marathons, and writers' retreats, achieves this.

We also have a Book Editors Club to help aspiring novelists to prepare for publication, and Writing Circles to keep the members challenged and writing.

Many of our events are open to the public, while only members can enter the State Bronze Quill competition and SWWWA Book Awards, and receive In Print, our monthly newsletter.
